How often do RV filters need replacing?
Engine air filters typically every 12,000 to 15,000 miles or annually, and sooner if you travel dusty routes or dirt campgrounds. Cabin filters annually in Florida — our air is hard on them.
Can't I just blow out the old filter with compressed air?
You can, and people do, but it's a short-term patch that often damages the filter media and pushes debris through it. On a diesel, the risk to your turbo isn't worth the twenty dollars you saved.
Does my coach even have a cabin filter?
