We're building covered RV storage on the same lot as our service shop in Hudson, Florida. Construction is planned and in the works — and we're taking waiting-list reservations now so our first customers get first pick of spaces.

Dedicated 30/50-amp RV pedestal per space so your batteries stay tended and your climate control can run for pre-trip prep.

A freshwater spigot at each space — for wash-downs, tank fills before you roll out, and simply not having to drag a hose across the lot.
Security Monitoring
Perimeter fencing, gate access, site lighting and 24/7 camera monitoring. And our shop is right there — our team is on the property during business hours every day.

When will the storage lot open?

What's included with a storage space?
Every space is covered under a metal canopy, on a numbered concrete pad, with a dedicated 30/50-amp power pedestal, a freshwater spigot, and 24/7 site security monitoring. Perimeter fencing, gate access and site lighting throughout.
Is the storage lot really next to the service shop?
Yes — same property. Someone from our team is on-site during business hours, and the lot is monitored around the clock.
Do storage customers get a discount on service?
Yes. Active storage customers get a standing discount on our RV service and refinement work. Percentage and eligibility will be confirmed at reservation.
Can you perform service while my coach is in storage?
Yes — this is one of the biggest reasons owners like the arrangement. Book a service and we walk the coach next door instead of you towing or driving it across town. No wasted fuel, no scheduling around your travel.
What sizes will you accommodate?
Spaces are being planned to fit the full range — from a 24-foot Class C up through the largest Class A diesel pushers. Fifth wheels and larger travel trailers are welcome. Call with your length and slide-out configuration and we'll confirm as space assignments firm up.
How does the waiting list work?
Call, email or use the contact form. We take your name, coach size and preferred move-in window, then contact you as opening dates firm up. First on the list, first pick of spaces.
